Operating Principle: Dual-Force Electrostatic Separation

The Kleentek system purifies oil exclusively via electrostatic forces without using restrictive filtering media. All insoluble particles within hydraulic and lubricating oils—whether carrying a positive, negative, or neutral charge—are treated as contaminants and are actively captured through a calibrated electrostatic field.

  • Electrophoresis (Charged Particles): Parallel flat electrodes generate a uniform field that pulls positive particles toward the negative electrode and vice versa.

  • Dielectrophoresis (Neutral Particles): Integrated pointed electrodes generate highly concentrated electrical forces. These forces polarize neutral particles, giving them a temporary charge so they can be captured like the others.

The Collector: Zero Differential Pressure Design

This dual-field environment is housed within the system’s consumable element: the collector cartridge.

  • Obstruction-Free Flow: Oil flows vertically without encountering mechanical barriers, maintaining a baseline zero differential pressure.

  • Advanced Internal Geometry: The quick-change cylindrical unit contains coaxial cylinders paired with a dielectric material folded in an accordion layout. Contaminants of any size are permanently bound to these internal walls upon contact.
